Delacy Jarvis Thomas is a seasoned attorney with a passion for immigration law. Before beginning her legal career, Delacy spent 21 years as a chemist at 3M, where she honed her analytical and problem-solving skills. Inspired by her commitment to advocacy and justice, she transitioned to law, earning her Juris Doctor and joining Jarvis-Fleming Law Ltd., a dedicated boutique firm. Today, she helps clients navigate the complexities of immigration law with expertise and compassion.

Delacy’s personal connection to immigration law stems from her family’s journey as immigrants from Antigua and Barbuda to the United States. Her deep understanding of the immigrant experience drives her to provide thoughtful, thorough representation to clients facing life-changing legal challenges.
